Das Projekt befindet sich in der Bauausführung, an mehreren Stellen müssen Kernbohrungen und eine erneute Prüfung der Statik durchgeführt werden, da in der herkömmlichen Planungskoordination Durchbrüche für TGA-Leitungen im Rohbau nicht korrekt abgestimmt und geplant wurden. Dementsprechend werden Fachmodelle regelmäßige zusammengeführt in einem Koordinationsmodell mit anschließender automatisierter Kollisionsprüfung, systematischer Konfliktbehebung und Prüfung weiterer Kriterien. Dadurch wird die Entscheidungsfindung und Projektsteuerung nachhaltig effizienter gestaltet.

Digital planning and integrated project management
In our BIM and IPA projects, we combine digital planning methods with integrated project management (IPA). IPA is a cooperative project model in which clients, planners, and contractors jointly assume responsibility for planning, costs, deadlines, and quality at an early stage.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) serves as the central basis for work and communication. The shared use of digital models makes decision-making processes more transparent, reduces interfaces, and enables partnership-based collaboration across all project phases.
Together with public and private clients as well as research partners, we implement this combination of BIM and IPA in real construction projects and continuously develop it further.
