Lisa Lenz is an experienced civil engineer with a doctorate in BIM in factory planning. She deals with digitalization in the construction industry and is an expert in digitalization potential in construction operations, BIM in industrial construction and efficient data analysis processes for decision support and process optimization. As a member of the VDI 2552 guidelines committee and spokesperson for the buildingSMART open-BIM in factory planning specialist group and the Northern Bavaria regional group, she has written numerous publications on digitalization topics and construction management processes in the context of factory planning.

As an expert in BIM-based construction project management, Kai Weist is responsible for the BIM Management and BIM Scan business units, in which he and his team develop processes and strategies for the efficient implementation of construction projects with BIM in addition to the original project business. He is currently finalising his doctorate in the field of BIM in factory planning and is also head of the digitalisation laboratory at TU Dortmund University. As speaker of the buildingSMART Roundtable "BIM in the process industry", he combines knowledge and practice and has already produced numerous publications in the field of BIM

Business Unit Manager BIM-Coordination
As a civil engineer with great enthusiasm for digital processes and working methods, Arne Müller's motivation lies in helping to shape the development of a progressive construction industry. As an expert in BIM-based collaboration in the planning and construction phase, he heads the overall BIM coordination division. Here, he contributes his specialist knowledge and experience of a wide range of BIM projects and uses this in the operational construction planning process to ensure that all parties involved work together in a cooperative and digital manner.

As a civil engineer, Charlotte Remme has extensive experience in construction process management and strategic project management, particularly in the contractual and legal management of major projects. She supports BIM management and the BIM coordination of various construction projects and is driving forward the digital transformation of the construction industry. Her focus is on developing and optimising efficient workflow processes in order to strengthen digital collaboration and interdisciplinary cooperation.
